PRIVACY POLICY
We collect information visitors provide when placing an order, contacting us, or subscribing. We use it to process orders, communicate with customers, fulfill deliveries, prevent fraud, and improve the website. Payments are processed through Wix and Square; we do not receive or store full payment-card numbers. We may share information with service providers only as needed to operate the website, process payments, and complete deliveries. We do not sell personal information. Nomination forms may also collect contact details, a mailing address, travel information, and confirmation that the nominee is facing cancer. KELSEYS NEW BEGINNINGS uses this information only to review requests, communicate about assistance, and provide approved support. Access is limited to authorized people working on the nonprofit’s assistance program. Please do not submit medical records, treatment details, Social Security numbers, insurance information, or financial account information.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
This website and its alcohol products are intended only for adults age 21 or older. Online alcohol sales and delivery are currently limited to eligible Washington addresses. The purchaser must provide accurate information, and an adult age 21 or older with valid government-issued photo ID must be present to receive an alcohol delivery. Alcohol will not be left unattended. Product availability may change. Prices shown include applicable Washington spirits taxes. For every bottle sold, $5 supports KELSEYS NEW BEGINNINGS. Please enjoy responsibly.

REFUND POLICY
Because we sell alcoholic beverages, all sales are final except when an order arrives damaged or the wrong product was delivered. Report a problem within 48 hours of delivery at kelseygins4u@gmail.com and include the order number and photos when applicable. Refunds are not available when delivery cannot be completed because no eligible adult is present, valid ID is not provided, or delivery is refused. Additional delivery charges may apply to an approved redelivery.
